The Pacific THERx Fitness Training Center offers a variety of programs designed to help our clients improve their health and fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Personal Fitness Training is performed most often on an individual basis, however, we can accommodate couples and small groups as well. All sessions are under the direct guidance of a Pacific THERx fitness professional. Training sessions may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, agility and balance exercises. Programs are designed to address the overall health and fitness of the client and include lifestyle modification techniques and nutritional guidance. Sport and performance enhancing programs are available for clients who have specific athletic goals.

Our personal trainers take a comprehensive approach and include aspects of aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic exercise, and resistance, strength, and weight training. With attention to core muscles, Pacific THERx fitness trainers bring the perfect balance of encouragement, accountability and drive to each session. Using traditional and cutting edge equipment, special training modalities and client education, they work to build strength, endurance, speed, and agility. Tracking and measurement of progress yield quantifiable results that increase motivation and help clients press forward to achieve successive levels of success.

Couples Training - PacificTHERx fitness designs programs to engage their clients in lifelong fitness and create the support and structure to see that it sticks.We find that couples that train together stay together - and keep each other going! This exercise program for couples is unique and challenging. Full of team-building elements that lead to a whole that is far greater than the sum of it’s parts. Pacific THERx offers discounted rates for couples who train together.

Pre-hab - In the same way clients utilize personal training once they “graduate” from physical therapy re-hab, some clients “pre-hab” ahead of an upcoming surgery. Investing the time needed to condition the body for an optimal surgical outcome, while not always an option, is something to consider.

Post-Rehab & Conditioning - After completing a physical therapy or other rehabilitation program, or when dealing with past injuries, personal training programs need to be specifically modified in order to continue improving the function of the body and prevent re-injury.
