The Pacific THERx Fitness Training Center offers a variety of programs designed to help our clients improve their health and fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
Personal Fitness Training is mostly performed on an individual basis, but can be performed in groups of two or more. All sessions are under the direct guidance of a Pacific THERx fitness professional. Training sessions may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, agility and balance exercises. Programs are designed to address the overall health and fitness of the client and include lifestyle modification techniques and nutritional guidance. Sport and performance enhancing programs are available for clients with specific athletic goals.
