One of the most efficient and effective styles of training that develops strength, power, flexibility and coordination. Training is centered around mastery of the competitive Weightlifting exercises, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Additional exercises are provided to help maximize performance in the competitive lifts. Our Olympic Weightlifting Competition Club creates a community for local Olympic Weightlifters to prepare for and support each other in competition. All programs are supervised by certified USA Weightlifting coaches.
